BBQ crockpot chicken




4 boneless chicken breast
1/2 can cherry coke
1/2 c brown sugar
1 bottle of favorite bbq sauce

Place chicken in crockpot
Mix rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 5 hrs. One hour before done take chicken out and shred put back in pot until done and ready to serve.
Great for sandwiches.




3 Envelope Roast




3 pound beef roast such as chuck roast
1 envelope of dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 envelope of dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 envelope of dry brown gravy mix
2 cups water

Put the water in a measuring cup that is larger then the amount of water you are using. Now add and mix all three envelopes of dry salad dressings to the water. Mix until blended completely.
Brown the roast (if desired). Add the meat to your cooker. Pour the water, salad dressing mixture over the roast. In the slow cooker cook it on high for about 4 hours on low about 8 hours



Honey Bun Cake!




yellow cake mix 
1 cup brown sugar 
2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup oil 
1 Tablespoon cinnamon 
4 Tablespoons milk
4 eggs 
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
8 oz sour cream

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, and sour cream by hand, about 50 strokes. 
Put half the batter in 9 x 13 pan.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and spread over entire cake. Spread the rest of the batter on top of this. 
Use a knife to make swirls in the cake. 
Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Blend powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract and spread on warm cake



Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs



Ingredients & Method
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork or mild Italian sausage
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 TBSP Italian seasoning
3 eggs
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 lb mozzarella, cut into cubes

Olive Oil
Marinara (jar or homemade)

In a large bowl mix beef through pepper. Form into 2" balls. Press a cheese cube in the middle and seal the meat around it.
Heat 1/2" olive oil in a large skillet. Brown meatballs and then set aside on plate.
Pour marinara sauce into pan; bring to a simmer. Add meatballs and simmer until cooked through, about 30 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti or on top of a hoagie.
